Yu Shan (于山) Scenic Area in central Fuzhou, China is named after the Yu Yue historical tribe. This quaint spot has several temples and pavillions as well as viewpoints overlooking different parts of Fuzhou. I really enjoyed visiting this little oasis nestled in the city proper.
Happy travels!

Keep on preserving the natural splendor, educating the public, and engaging in thoughtful discussion. Cheers to many more years! When Four Mile trail was first built, it was indeed 4.0 miles….
Rialto Beach sits at the mouth of the Quillayute River near La Push, Washington (yup, that same famous town associated with the Twilight series) and is one of those beaches to spend more time at to discover something new, exploring the rocks and driftwood or even tide pools. (I arrived early evening so I didn’t…
Here’s what not to do on a road trip: Plug in Tuolumne into the GPS and let it take you there. We put too much trust into the GPS and it was my fault for not looking up the directions earlier. The GPS calculated the distance and took us into Stanislaus National Forest via highway…
